Master Keys Week #1 –
The secret “Key to the Kingdom”

Imagine you've been asked to write down your dreams and desires in a manner that says "I already have this...it's just a matter of time for these dreams to come into my life."

Could you? Would you be able to write down, in less than 400 words, even the major highlights of what you envision for your future? That is precisely what we are challenged to do on the very first day of the Master Keys Experience - and most people are left speechless (heh - literally).

It's always interesting to see how we respond... or avoid getting down to the specifics of what we really want in our lives.

We are Certified Master Guides in the Master Key Experience - and we still hit a brick wall on occasion.  It's an interesting feeling, coming to realize that you've been idling along through life - with no definite major purpose.

Our  heads filled with dreams, but blind to the fact that there is only one way to bring them forth.

There's a key to the whole thing, and it's so obvious that most of us don't WANT to know it. We don't WANT to know that, in acknowledging it, we accept that it is only ourselves who are causing every moment of "loss" in our lives.  We don't wish to hear that we have a choice - in every reaction - to every event - and it is US who determines the success or failures, sadness or joy, of our lives...

One of the very first things we are told in the Master Keys is that :

All conditions, environments, and experiences in Life - are a result of our habitual mental attitude.

We instinctively avoid accepting the truth that the Keys teach us - because it means we accept that we MUST give up control to something we are both inherently a part of - and forever separated from - and in so doing accept responsibility for the thoughts and habits we have created.

As the keys further state [MK 1:31] "Every thought therefore is a cause and every condition an effect - for this reason it is absolutely essential that you control your thoughts so as to bring forth only desirable conditions."

Quite often we have seen this avoidance of the "call" to step into our individual Hero's Journey, in the following ways:

  • Using extremely generic language - providing an easy excuse for a goal to not be manifest because NO ONE would be able to identify that the description and the outcome were related
  • Specifying EVERY single step - the minutia of the mechanism of accomp[lishment- to allow for ANY minor missed step (mis-step?) to justify a goal not manifesting ...who could POSSIBLY be expected to rigorously follow that level detail for weeks, months or years ?!!
  • Using affirmation statements, or "states of being" AS a goal: "Every day I wake with vigor and enthusiasm." No two people will define the manifestation of that in the same way - and, once a goal is achieved it should be replaced to encourage constant and never ending improvement in our lives.
  • Our favorite is the indirect non-commit - probably because we used it a lot at first... Often it looks like "I feel amazing knowing that I..." or "I am excited to ... whenever I choose" all related to some specific goal.

In every single case - the Key is the same, and the wisdom implicit in the Master Keys Experience teaches us this [MK 1:19 - 23] :

Our conscious mind, those thoughts we are in control of - that create immediate effect in our lives, is the method by which we are related to all destructive forces.

Our sub-conscious mind, those thoughts that appear as from nowhere - like intuitive leaps, or emotional surges - connected to joy, fear, love, emotion, imagination, is the method by which we are related to the Infinite constructive forces of the Universe.

It is the coordination of these two centers of our being, and the understanding of their function, that is the great secret of Life.

Strive for Harmony between your conscious (material) and your subconscious (spiritual) self - it is only through submission to, and living in Harmony with Universal Law that we can bring an alignment between our desires and our realities.

“…accuracy in building words and sentences is the highest form of architecture in civilization and is a passport to success.”

Now - go Sit - and put in the hard mental (and physical) labor to understand how this applies to your Life!
